Scotch Brite™ Roloc™ Deburr & Finish PRO Unitized Wheel
Useful in Many Industries
Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ Deburr and Finish PRO Unitized Wheel spans many industries, including oil and gas, aerospace, automotive and metal fabrication. It deburrs, blends and finishes on a variety of workpieces:
  • Threaded pipes and tubular goods
  • Rotors, shrouds, turbine buckets and ducting

  • Machined and stamped parts
The Benefits of 3M Ceramic Precision-Shaped Grain and Scotch Brite™
Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ Deburr and Finish PRO Unitized Wheel has all the benefits operators have come to expect from our Scotch-Brite™ abrasives, including load resistance and responsive open web. What sets this wheel apart from other Scotch Brite™ abrasives is 3M precision-shaped grain. The proprietary mineral — interwoven throughout the abrasive — is engineered for hardness and strength. The sharp-cutting mineral is counteracted by soft, buoyant nylon fibers that respond to surface irregularities and contours. Gaps between fibers allow debris to escape and help minimize loading. Together, the web and mineral combine to aggressively tackle the substrate without sacrificing predictable results.

Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ Deburr and Finish PRO Unitized Wheel spans many industries, including oil and gas, aerospace, automotive and metal fabrication. It deburrs, blends and finishes on a variety of workpieces.
This wheel comes with the added benefit of a Roloc™ attachment. Operators can quickly and swiftly attach the wheel to a Roloc™ backup pad (sold separately) that connects to the power tool. Altogether, Roloc™ attachment systems help enhance productivity by minimizing the time it takes to set up wheel and tool connections.

Unitized wheels differ from convolute wheels, because they feature a layered construction as opposed to being wound around a core: the open web is cured and compressed for added strength and durability.
Use for Deburring
Versatile Performance from Factory to Field
Unitized wheels differ from convolute wheels, because they feature a layered construction as opposed to being wound around a core: the open web is cured and compressed for added strength and durability. The unique production method makes unitized wheels a good match for edges and contours. We recommend using this wheel with a 3M™ Disc Sander (sold separately) and 3M™ Roloc™ + Holder (sold separately).

Scotch-Brite™ Deburr & Finish Pro Unitized Wheels are ideal for maintenance operations. These hard-working, high-performance products last through dirt, corrosion and other contaminants while reducing the chance of changing part geometry — helping you get the job done faster.

Suggested applications
  • Use for deburring, finishing or blending threaded pipes and tubular goods, rotors, shrouds, turbine buckets and ducting, gears, sheet metal and engine components, and machined and stamped parts
