    An engaging new TV ad has been created to show how Command™ Picture Hanging Strips can be used to brighten up your home without damaging the walls.

    • Do. No Damage.

      The advert forms the centrepiece of a global brand campaign and will run from 30 March to 14 April during the peak Easter DIY and home decorating period on a wide range of TV channels including ITV, Sky 1, E4, Channel 4 and ITV2.

      The new ad features the tagline Do. No Damage. and clearly shows how Command Picture Hanging Strips can be used to create stunning wall displays without using a hammer and nails.

      In addition, a six-month TV sponsorship campaign with UKTV’s Home channel begins on 15 April with idents produced by award-winning, in-house agency UKTV Creative.

      Said 3M’s West Europe marketing communications manager, Charlotte Gibson: “This is the first time that we have sponsored a TV channel and we are delighted to have secured a partnership with Home, sponsoring its Perfect Places strand.

      “Home is a perfect fit for our brand and with six specially produced 10-second sponsorship credits, we show how Command can offer the perfect decorating and organising solution around the home – without the risk of damage.

      “We will be sponsoring a number of popular home and gardening programmes such as DIY SOS, Escape to the Country, Homes Under the Hammer, My Dream Derelict Home, and Nick Knowles’ Original Features.”
