3M™ Dot Matrix Label Materials 7880 is a 58 micron matt topcoated white polyester facestock with a 20 micron acrylic adhesive 300 on a 90 gsm densified kraft liner. Our label material is UL recognised.

For a quick stick adhesive that’s hand writeable and receptive to dot matrix printing, try 3M™ Dot Matrix Label Materials 7880. Our 58 micron 7880 has a unique top coat for traditional dot matrix printing, but delivers abrasion resistance in bar code applications. The matt topcoat resists degradation from scuffing, chemicals, moisture and wide temperature fluctuations. The adhesive bonds well to a wide variety of substrates, including low surface energy plastics. It provides high initial adhesion with high tack and ultimate peel. This label material is UL recognised. 3M Performance Label Stock Materials offer a wide range of products for long term durability and adhesion with automotive chemical resistance and outdoor durability. Some products are UL/CSA compliant materials that can be printed by flexographic or screen print processes, as well as thermal transfer, digital printing, inkjet, laser or dot matrix printing.
