3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE Dispersion TF 5033Z is a milky-white, water-based fluoropolymer dispersion. The dispersion has a solids content of around 24 %. The spherical hydrophobic polymer particles have an average size of around 195 nm. The polymer has a density of approximately 2.2 g/ml.

TF 5033Z is designed for use in the formulation of fluoropolymer compounds. Following the addition of fillers the dispersion can be coagulated by the addition of suitable electrolytes. The resulting mixture can then be applied to substrates like metal using suitable processing techniques
