3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE TF 2029NLZ is a PTFE fine powder paste extrusion resin that can be highly stretched with very good tensile properties. Dyneon PTFE 2029Z is often selected for cable insulation (tape wrap), pipe liners requiring high green strength, sewing and weaving yarn, and mid-sized tubing.

It is used in a broad variety of challenging applications from harsh industrial environments to architectural elements. 3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE TF 2029NLZ is selected for its technical excellence and reliability. Dyneon PTFE TF 2029NLZ is often selected for wire/cable insulation, small diameter – including spaghetti tubing and thin wall tubing. Importantly, this product is an ideal grade for the manufacture of high quality tubing as well as wire and cable insulation. This PTFE fine powder paste extrusion resin can be processed using very high reduction ratios. Additionally, Dyneon PTFE TF 2029NLZ meets ASTM D4895-04 Type 1, Grade 1, Class C classification. Our PTFE fine powders can be processed by standard paste extrusion methods and are designed for balanced processing properties – reduction ratio and performance properties – such as tensile strength, shrinkage, flex life and permeations, so users can find the products that best fit the needs of the job.
