What else can I do?

Avoid sunburn
When you are riding, the breeze keeps you cool. In the summer, this means you might forget how sunny it is. Long sleeves and trousers will stop you getting sunburnt. Don't forget suncream for your face, ears and neck.

Don't get cold
In the winter, the wind becomes really cold! Wear a jacket and trousers that protect you from the wind and rain and, underneath, something warm. Make sure your high visibility clothes fit over all this so you can be seen easily.
