Frame size

Many bikes come in more than one frame size and you can adjust the height of the saddle. So you can alter the bike to suit your size.

NEVER buy a bike that is a bit too big, so that you will 'grow into it'
over time. Until you do, you will not be a safe rider. Too small will
also be very unsafe.

Choose the right equipment
You need a helmet that is the right size and that has an EU mark, meaning that it meets EC safety standard number EN1078* that
will protect you. You also need high visibility clothing and reflective stickers.
